vehicle survival packs
We do not except refunds on entire survival packs, if an individual item is faulty we will exchange. As long as the complaint has been made within 14 days of purchase once proof has been provided. An email with receipt and picture of faulty product must be provided.
Some products are subject to substitution if products become out of stock, an email will be provided to customer asking if they wish to wait for a specific item from the pack or substitute for another.
